You will have a draft within four business days. At that time, I will ask you to look at your draft carefully for any change requests. After we land on a final version, I will send you a copy of your resume in a Word Doc and as a PDF.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIMEFRAME?

Within 24 hours of purchasing our services, you will receive an email from me to schedule a kick-off call to learn more about your requirements and expectations. During the call, I will give you a list of additional information I need. Once that is received, you will have a draft within four business days.

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE MY RESUME?

Resume writing is a partnership, and I want to ensure you are happy with the final product. Please thoroughly review your draft and request any changes within two weeks. If you are truly unhappy with the final product, you may request a 50% refund.
