We create resumes tailored to specific jobs or industries by conducting thorough research on job requirements and industry standards. We also gather information about your skills, experiences, and achievements to ensure the resume highlights your unique talents.
WHAT IS YOUR PROCESS?
Our writing process starts with gathering your information, which involves a 30-minute kickoff call to understand your career goals, work, experience, skills, and achievements. We will discuss your requirements, gather more information, and provide you with recommendations regarding the project. We may also request existing resumes, job descriptions, and other relevant documents.
As resume building is collaborative, we want to partner with you to ensure you are satisfied with the product. Once we draft your resume, we will send you a copy to thoroughly review and request any changes within one (1) week of delivering the draft.
After finalizing the draft and reviewing it, we want you to be fully satisfied with the service we provide. So, we offer you the opportunity to request any additional changes up to two (2) weeks after finalizing the draft.
After you complete the process, we will send you a final copy of your resume in PDF and Word format and an ATS-friendly copy.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIMEFRAME?
Within 24 hours of placing an order and purchasing our service, you will receive an email to schedule a kick-off call to gather information about your requirements and expectations. Our turnaround time for creating a resume is typically 3-4 business days after the invoice is paid, our terms and conditions contract is signed, and all additional information is collected.
Does getting your resume professional written guarantee you an interview call?
Having a resume professionally drafted does not guarantee interview requests or offers. Our purpose here is to improve your chances of an interview request, as we do not control how others may perceive the interview request.
No resume writing company can guarantee that you will get a call for an interview everywhere you apply, but what we guarantee is that we will provide you with the highest standard of work and personalize your resume in a way that highlights your skills, experience, and expertise in the best way possible.
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE MY RESUME?
Since resume writing is a collaboration, we want to ensure you are happy with the final product. If you are truly unhappy with the final product, we request you to schedule a call to discuss the aspects you are not satisfied with and what we can do to improve the resume to ensure we are both happy with the final product.
If you are still unsatisfied after all our efforts and we agree that there is no way out of this dissatisfaction, you can request a 50% refund, which we will provide within 7-10 business days. Following the call mentioned above, we will send an email confirming the refund request.
